Pod Delusion Logo The Pod Delusion is a weekly podcast about “interesting things”. The hour long show is conducted by a variety of contributors and is a partner of the British Humanist Association.

While in D.C. for the Women in Secularism Conference last month I was interviewed for The Pod Delusion by American contributor and blogger, my new friend Chris Hofstader (Blog Link)

You can listen to my interview with Chris as part of Episode 192 here: (Pod Delusion Link)
Here is the episode description from the website:

The episode this week we talk DNA patents, apps that claim to cure homosexuality, and whether Man of Steel has a religious message. Plus we speak to Girl With A One Track Mind Zoe Margolis and singer/songwriter Shelley Segal.

On another note, I was excited to hear about the US Supreme Courts decision to invalidate gene patents. When I was back in university I wrote an essay about the BRCA genes controversy and a small background on gene patenting. I’ll try to find it and share it here at some point. In the meantime here is an article from Medscape by Roxanne Nelson about case and the decision. (Article Link Here)
